The leader's interest, drive and passion to succeed, must be higher than it is anyone else's, in their own team or organisation. They should be the catalyst that inspires everyone to greatness. If you are leading a team and you're not inspired by you and driven to give good results, then your team will not be inspired either. Until you feel really driven and passionate about leading your team women success, then it is time to conduct a self-audit and to look for the reason why. See the need for diversity out of teams and show appreciation to each team member for their own very own and crucial contribution to our team effort. Don't enter into the trap like Used to do as a young leader. Don't overlook the require for filling your teams with a diverse population group with differing skills and quite a few abilities.
